 
She's petite, but people say she's just delightful and sweet. While treating each and everyone with care, she reaches for the best with dare. With a vision to help every day, Mimi tries to do her best in any positive way. Working with others gives her a smile, because with many minds, five miles will only seem like one mile. She enjoys beginning and ending each day with positivism, flexibility and resiliency.
Mimi enjoys helping others and volunteering whenever time permits. Having been teaching for many years, she currently teaches elementary students with the effort and hopes to provide students with knowledge, literacy skills and individualized skills that each student needs. Mimi has been involved with raising money to help organizations such as those dealing with endangered animals and the rain forest. She also volunteers to help those who are less fortunate.
Having attended UCI, she earned two Bachelor's degrees. During college, Mimi took on a second form of martial arts. She then earned a Teaching Credential and takes continuous education courses and the like from different universities such as UCLA and UCSD.
